About Us
Wm. J. Wesley Co. was established in 1970 first as a Honeywell Distributor and in 1972 as a Barber Colman Distributor. The primary business was customized control systems for the HVAC plan and specification market and sales for HVAC temperature control parts replacement. In the early 1980’s we started Manufacturing Automated Butterfly Valve Assemblies.
In 1999 Wesley Valve Co., Inc. was established to strictly handle the Automated Butterfly Assembly Manufacturing and Sales.
Our personnel have over 100 years combined experience in the HVAC control industry working with electric, electronic, pneumatic, and DDC control systems. We have represented and worked with DDC systems by Atlantic Energy Technologies, Johnson Controls, Siemens, Andover, Alerton, and Lonworks by Smart Controls. We also have experience with Industrial PLC Controllers and the Intellution Engineering software.
Our customers include Carrier, Trane, Schneider Electric, Johnson Controls, Honeywell, Siemens, Independent Control Contractors, Mechanical Contractors, Service Contractors, Universities, and Hospitals, We provide Automated Butterfly Valve Assemblies with all the major Control Manufacturers’ actuators along with Bray and Pratt Valve Bodies.
We have retrofitted existing Butterfly Valves manufactured by Bray, Keystone, Milwaukee, Crane, Centerline, Sure Seal, Grinnell, Nibco, DeZurick, and Mueller.
Our linkage design allows us to provide maximum torque using leverage ratios of 4:1 and 5:1, and it also provides superior modulating resolution (50% or more modulating positions than the Direct Coupled Linkage Design)
We maintain a complete warehouse of Electric and Pneumatic Controllers to customize Automatic Valve Systems. Piping and Connection Diagrams are provided with the equipment.
